The bears on these pages are on special offer because we need the space in the shop for all the new arrivals. Understandably the bears are not too happy about this so will need lots of extra care and attention upon being adopted.

Terms and conditions of sale for Special Offers

LAYAWAY OPTIONS: for adoptions of less than GBP100 in value, 2 payments, for adoptions of over GBP100, 3 payments.  There is some flexibility for higher priced bears, so please enquire if you are interested in a particular bear.

Special Offer bears (with the exception of Orphans) are fully covered by our returns policy.

Special Offer adoptions are outside of Abracadabra's Loyalty Discount Scheme.  Any discounts due to a customer cannot be combined with a Special Offer adoption.

PLEASE NOTE: in case of cancellation of a layaway, any payments made are non-refundable.  Payments can be held as credit against a future adoption or may, in some cases and depending on circumstances, be refunded when the item which had been reserved is resold. In the case of any "goodwill" refund made in this way, a 10% re-listing fee will be charged.
